Questions and answers about the Swiss Travel Pass Flex

Children under 6 travel free of charge.

Children between the ages of 6 and 16 travel free with the Swiss Family Card as long as they are accompanied by at least one parent holding a valid Swiss Travel Pass or Swiss Half Fare Card. For grandparents and other relatives, such as aunts and uncles, the Swiss Family Card is not applicable. The child will need to acquire a separate pass or a valid ticket.
